IT was bitterly cold in Burt on Saturday afternoon but that didn’t trouble Conor McGinty and his teammates as they got the better of Malin.
It has been a very competitive Under 21 ‘B’ Championship so far this year, and it was expected that Glenswilly and Malin would serve up more of the same.
However, there was only one team at the races on Saturday and McGinty was pleased with the collective effort.
“It was good to get the victory and we move on to the final now next week.
“The boys all pulled together well and thankfully we came out on top.”
