JASON McGee says he welcomes the ‘healthy competition’ within the Donegal group at the moment.
McGee is battling for a spot in midfield and came off the bench on Sunday.
He started against Louth and played the first half with Hugh McFadden coming in and making a good impact in the second half.
It’s been roles reversed against Monaghan and Meath but McGee says he is happy to do whatever role Jim McGuinness wants.
“It’s all healthy competition.
“Hughie is flying at the minute. He’s going brilliant.
“The two boys are really playing well. Langan and himself were unbelievable in that first half.
“I was just glad to be able to come on in the second half and give them a hand.
“Everybody is doing their best for the team. We will keep trucking now for the next two weeks and give it our best in the final against Kerry.”
