McGee Cronolly swam at Croker to sink Mayo

DONEGAL goal hero Josh McGee Cronolly admitted it wasn’t easy to keep the emotions from spilling out once he put his side in front on their way to winning the Nickey Rackard Cup on Sunday in Croke Park.

It was a record extending fourth time that Donegal have won the cup after 2013, 2018 and 2020 as Donegal came from behind to win by 3-17 to 0-22

McGee Cronolly made his senior debut in 2019 and was an unused sub on the bench for the 2020 final, while he opted out of the squad last year so missed out on the final against Wicklow.
