McCLAFFERTY – The death has taken place at her home in Ardsbeg, Gortahork of Josephine McClafferty. Pre-deceased by her husband Patrick Jamsie. Loving mother to her three sons, Pat, John and Joe, her four daughters, Mary, Anne, Caitlin and Brid. Devoted grandmother and great grandmother. Sister to Kathleen Dockrey (Roscommon)

Josephine’s remains are reposing at her late residence in Ardsbeg. Rosary tonight, Sunday and tomorrow night, Monday at 10 pm. Funeral from there on Tuesday morning 16th January going to Christ the King Church, Gortahork, for 11 am Requiem Mass with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
