McCABE, Sean

McCABE – The sudden death has taken place of Sean McCabe, 5 Railway Close, Killygordon, (formerly Belfast) at Letterkenny University Hospital surrounded by his loving family and in the care of the wonderful staff of ICU. Pre-deceased by his parents Frank and Maureen; brothers Tommy and Jim.

He will be sadly missed by his devoted son Johnny (Donegal Town); daughter-in-law Lisa; daughter Loli; son-in-law Richard; grandchildren Finn and Anna; brothers Frank and Pat; sisters Iris, Maureen, Jean, Margaret, Teresa, Kathleen and Patricia. He will be deeply and sincerely missed by his loving son, daughter, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and many friends.

Sean’s remains will be reposing at McGowan’s Funeral Home, Drumboe Avenue, Stranorlar on Thursday, 2nd February from 3 pm to 7.30 pm. Leaving the Funeral Home on Friday, February 3rd morning at 10.30 am for Requiem Mass at 11 am in St. Patrick’s Church, Crossroads, Killygordon, interment afterwards in the adjoining Churchyard. The Requiem Mass will be streamed live on the St. Patrick’s Church, Crossroads, Killygordon Parish YouTube Channel at https:/youtu.be/1PwAyeCkvL8

Donations in lieu of flowers if so desired to a charity of your choice, c/o any family member or Martin McGowan, McGowan’s Funeral Home, Drumboe Avenue, Stranorlar.
