SOLICITORS acting for Cassidy Brothers have accused Councillor Frank McBrearty of “significantly contributing” to a campaign of intimidation and death threats against the block manufacturer.
Details of the allegations are contained in a legal letter sent to the Raphoe politician on Monday.
In it Kerry solicitor Edmond Dillon alleges that Frank McBrearty, over a period of months, has “repeatedly, knowingly and deliberately published and broadcast several untrue, false and defamatory utterances and statements” about Cassidy Brothers.
