Milford 3-12 Naomh Muire 1-19

Eoin Martin delivered a superb display as he notched 15 points in a narrow win against Milford in Division 2 this evening.

Daniel Devlin struck an early goal for Naomh Muire, before Christopher Barrett hit the net twice for the home side.

HT: Milford 2-3 Naomh Muire 1-7

Christopher Barrett completed his hat-trick with a controversial goal in the 35th minute but Naomh Muire battled back and the sides were level after 57 minutes.

Kane Barrett and Conor McHugh pushed Milford two ahead, before Martin notched a two-pointer from play, although the home side felt he had shot from inside the arc.

Martin then followed up with another free to win the match for Danny O’Donnell’s men.
