A MAN had to be taken to hospital by ambulance following an assault in Letterkenny.
The man was attacked outside a licensed premises at Lower Main Street by another man on Wednesday, March 29, at 11.40pm.
The injured man was brought to Letterkenny University Hospital by ambulance to receive medical treatment for injuries he sustained, none of which are believed to be life threatening in nature.
Gardaí are appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident to contact them in Letterkenny on (074) 9167100.
“We also appeal to anybody who travelled at Lower Main Street around that time and who had a dash cam to make contact with us at Letterkenny Garda Station.”
