A man in his 50s has died following a crash between his motorcycle and a car.
The tragedy occurred between Burnfoot and Buncrana shortly after 5.30pm this evening.
The man was taken to Altnagelvin Hospital but was pronounced dead a short time later. The driver of the car was not injured.

The road remains closed and diversions are in place.
Gardai are appealing for witnesses to contact them at Buncrana Garda station 0n 074 93 20540.
