THE man, in his 30s, arrested yesterday as part of an ongoing investigation into an alleged assault that reportedly took place in the Slieve League/Killybegs area has been charged.
The alleged incident occurred between Saturday, June and Sunday, June 25, 2023.
He is due to appear before a special sitting of Ballyshannon District court at 4pm this afternoon, Friday July 14.
