A Donegal man charged with sexual assault has been remanded in custody for the service of book of evidence at An Clochan Liath Court on August 8.
The man who may not be named for legal reasons appeared at Letterkenny district Court via video link this morning from Portlaoise Prison.

The defendant only spoke to confirm he could hear Judge Paul Kelly. Solicitor, Mr Patsy Gallagher said there was no application for bail.
