A MAN charged with sexual assault appeared before Falcarragh District Court at Letterkenny Courthouse this morning.
The man, who is in his fifties and cannot be named to protect the identity of the alleged victim, is charged with one count of sexual assault in 2014.
The defendant’s solicitor, Mr Frank Dorrian, told the court that the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) consented to the case proceeding in the district court on a plea.
Visiting Judge James Faughnan adjourned to case to March 18.
