THE driver of the car at the centre of a crash which killed eight people near Clonmany in July last year, was charged with dangerous driving causing their deaths at Buncrana District Court yesterday (Thursday).
Twenty two-year-old Shaun Kelly of Hill Road, Buncrana was arrested yesterday morning as part of a garda investigation into the worst road tragedy in the history of the state. Kelly was the driver of a VW Passat which collided with a Toyota Corolla on the road from Clonmany to Buncrana on July 11, last year.
