GARDAI in Letterkenny are investigating an incident in the Oldtown area in the early hours of Sunday morning in which a man was assaulted.
A garda spokesperson told the Donegal News today that they received a report of the assault at 6.10 am on Sunday morning.
“The injured party did not specify how they were injured but they had sustained minor facial injuries. We are currently investigating the matter,” the garda spokesperson said.
