GARDAÍ are appealing for information after a man was reportedly assaulted by a number of males in an early morning incident Letterkenny.
Gardaí responding to the report of a fight at Lower Main Street at 11.45am on Saturday, December 13, spoke with an injured man who stated that he had been assaulted by a number of males.
The man was taken to Letterkenny University Hospital to receive medical treatment for non-life threatening injuries.

A garda spokesperson said: “We appeal to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who may have relevant information, to get in touch with Letterkenny Gardaí on (074) 9167100. As always, we wish to speak to anyone who may have been in the area around that time with a dash-cam.”
