A man was safely rescued and airlifted from Slieve Leauge in south Donegal yesterday afternoon.
Malin Head CoOrdination Centre received a 999 call at approximately 2.30pm yesterday advising of a male who had a suspected broken ankle.

The Coast Guard Helicopter based in Sligo R118 was tasked along with Killybegs Coast Guard.
The injured party was airlifted and brought to Sligo General Hospital.
