A MAN accused of raping and murdering a Buncrana woman in India almost eight years ago has been found guilty.
The body of Danielle McLaughlin was found by a farmer in March 2017 in a field in a remote area of Goa.
The 28-year-old had been raped and murdered.

A local man, Vikat Bhagat (24) was found guilty this morning after the criminal proceedings against him were beset with constant delays over an almost eight-year period.
Ms McLaughlin’s mother, Andrea Brannigan, travelled to India to attend the case in person.
