A 38-year-old man has been accused of attempting to kill or seriously harm a woman, and of sexually assaulting her.

He appeared at Donegal District Court today(Wed).
Judge Kevin Kilrane remanded him on €300 bail for the service of the book of evidence on July 24.
The man is also accused of causing €520 damage to the woman’s patio door, trespassing on her property and stealing two bottles of alcohol.
The offences are alleged to have been committed last October 30.
Judge Kilrane issued a ban, for legal reasons, on publication of the alleged victim and defendant’s names and addresses.
