A man has been arrested and charged in connection with the fatal assault of Stephen McCahill.
The father of two (66) died following an assault in the early hours of yesterday (Monday) morning.
Gardaí have confirmed that the man, aged in his 30s, is due to appear before a special sitting of Letterkenny District Court later this afternoon.
