The Sean MacCumhaills minor team will chase Ulster glory this Sunday.
Jamesie Donnelly’s MacCumhaills will face Eire Og, Carrickmore in the Ulster Minor Shield Final in Ballinascreen at 1pm.
The Twin Towns side reached the semi-final with a tough victory over Armagh champions Keady last week.
In contrast, Carrickmore sailed through after hammering Belnaleck from Fermanagh.
Sean MacCumhaills reached the Ulster Shield Final last season but lost out to Eoghan Ruadh from Dungannon.
The bulk of the panel are underage once again.
Jacob Malone and Dan Donnelly are the star players for MacCumhaills and both have been called up to the Donegal senior hurling panel. Dylan Patton, Pauric Kelly and Oisin Mullen are other players of note.
It will be a tough test for MacCumhaills but it they can win they will advance to the semi-finals of the main competition where Down champions Ballygalet lie in wait.
