FORMER Tyrone star Jon Lynch is back involved with Red Hugh’s this season and hoping to help the men from the Cross secure promotion to Division 1.
Lynch was a fine athlete back in the day with Finn Valley AC when he rubbed shoulders with some of the top competitors in the country.
They worked hard, and Lynch uses a lot of the training methods from those days to get footballers fit for action now.

He is the trainer for Red Hugh’s this term, and so far things are going reasonably well.
“I’m doing the physical training with the team and Eugene Browne and Gerard Melaugh are doing the coaching.”
