One lucky Donegal punter lands €6,260 from just three Lotto numbers, as a tenner investment takes out 625/1 odds.
A punter in County Donegal is going into the festive season with a four-figure boost to their budget after a confident Lotto wager on three numbers paid off in style.
The anonymous punter placed their wager in a BoyleSports shop in the county and stuck €10 on three numbers to roll out in the Irish Lotto Plus 1 draw on Saturday evening.
To the joy of the expectant customer, there was a stunning run of luck as 18, 28 and 32 were all revealed within the main six numbers to land their ambitious wager.
It meant that odds of 625/1 had been smashed and they were able to return to the shop and walk away with a cool total of €6,260.
