Local Link has announced significant improvements to its Letterkenny-Fanad service, rebranded as Route 973, which will take effect on Monday, October 7th.
The newly upgraded Route 973, previously known as Route 300, will offer up to ten daily return trips between Letterkenny and Kerrykeel, operating seven days a week. Of these, six services will extend to Ballylar, while four will continue on to Fanad Head.
According to Local Link, the revised timetable introduces a more frequent two-hourly service between Letterkenny and Kerrykeel, enhancing connections to surrounding areas including Ballylar, Portsalon, Kerrykeel, Rathmullan, and Ramelton.
