It has been confirmed this morning that the Little Angels School in Letterkenny is to receive two extra teachers.

The Minister for Special Education, Michael Moynihan TD, has confirmed to Pat the Cope Gallagher TD, that the school will receive two additional teaching posts on foot of notification of enrolments received by the school management.

Fortunately, the demands have been met for special school places across the county and all pupils have been offered places.

Pat the Cope would like to thank parents for their continuous efforts which has resulted in an agreement with the HSE that the school will receive four modular classrooms in addition to the new school. This will ensure that all pupils are accommodated.

Pat the Cope has stated that this is an excellent example of the progress that can be made when the community comes together.
