Liam McKinney has been named in the Hurling Team of the Week after his performance in Sunday’s huge win over Kerry.
The Burt man scored 2-3 from play against the Kingdom in what was a first win over a Munster side for Mickey McCann’s men.
Last year’s Nickey Rackard Player of the Year also set up Conor Gartland and Peter Kelly for their goals as Donegal won by 5-14 to 3-16 in O’Donnell Park.

It’s a first Team of the Week for a Donegal hurler this year and it was a fully deserved selection for McKinney.
