LETTERKENNY Community Health Forum is busy planning an exciting events and activity packed week this coming Easter April 21 – 27. The aim of ‘Letterkenny Wellness Week’ is to promote a sense of wellness amongst the community by showcasing events and activities through the involvement of local groups and individuals.

Wellness Week is jammed packed with lots of free events for all ages, one of the many events on the calendar is the ‘WOW Day – Wednesday of Wellness’, which will be held in the Regional Cultural Centre, Letterkenny and is host to multiple information stands such as holistic therapy demonstrations, stress management techniques, support and community groups and much much more.

Garry Glennon, LYFS said ‘This is a fantastic initiative that everyone can get involved in throughout the wellness week. It’s also such a positive and fun way for families to fill their Easter Holidays especially when most of the events are free.’
