Gweedore Celtic 1-3 Letterkenny Rovers

LETTERKENNY Rovers were victorious in the U12 Champions League final as they got the better of Gweedore Celtic in what was a very entertaining match-up at Swilly Park on Saturday morning.

Having not lost to Gweedore this season, winning two and drawing two, Paddy Gorman and Brian Gallagher’s Rovers were favourites going into the final.
It was the Letterkenny side who had a dream start to the game as Colm Óg Breathnach scored to put his team 1-0 up after ten minutes.
