HIGHLY experienced personal trainer Aoife Hunter (McGill), owner of Aoife McGill Personal Training, is set to celebrate 10 years in business this year.
Aoife, who is passionate about fitness, health and a balanced lifestyle, has over 17 years experience in personal training.
Holding a Diploma in Sports and Exercise Science, a Bsc Hons in Sports and Exercise Science, amongst a host of other qualifications, the mother of two specialises in weight loss training, resistance training and pre and post-natal exercise.
Running a variety of group classes to suit all abilities, Aoife’s courses range from Bootcamp, Mum’s on the Run, Total Body Sculpt, Flexi-fit, Body pump and core and Teen programmes.
And with a number of highly qualified staff members working alongside her, there is something to suit every level of fitness and age.
Speaking about her Flexi-fit programme, Aoife said it is a popular, low impact, light resistance strength training class specifically tailored to suit fabulous ladies aged 50 years plus.
“It is really beneficial for ladies suffering from joint pain, muscle weakness or osteoporosis,” she said.
Working to provide members with the motivation and accountability to complete programmes, Aoife strives to improve her client’s confidence, cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength and general health.
