“There was a big focus on men’s mental health during the event and the importance of local projects such as Men’s Sheds and the role they play. Now that we can get out and about and mix again we wanted to bring the event to the public in celebration of Men’s Health Week. The free event will look at all encompassing health for men including physical, mental, social, well-being. It’s for all ages too, Donegal Youth Service is one of the agencies that will be there on the day.”
