Letterkenny Cathedral Quarter to host Easter Craft Fair

Letterkenny’s vibrant Cathedral Quarter is set to host its inaugural Easter Craft Fair, promising a delightful fusion of creativity, culture, and community spirit.

Scheduled to take place in Conwal Parish Church Hall on Easter Saturday, March 30 from 12 noon to 4pm, the event is a celebration of local artisans.

The Easter Craft Fair serves as a platform for talented crafters, artists, and makers to showcase their unique creations, ranging from handcrafted jewellery to intricate textiles, captivating paintings to artisanal homeware. With over 20 exhibitors confirmed, attendees can expect a diverse array of high-quality, locally produced goods, perfect for those seeking one-of-a-kind treasures or special gifts.

“We are thrilled to be hosting our inaugural Easter Craft Fair” a spokesperson for the Catherdral Quarter said “This event not only showcases the incredible talent of our local artisans but also fosters a sense of community pride and camaraderie. It’s a wonderful opportunity for locals and visitors alike to come together, support local businesses, and appreciate the beauty of handmade craftsmanship. We would like to thank the Vestry of Conwal Parish Church for the use of the hall.”

The Easter Craft Fair is free to attend and open to all ages, making it the perfect family-friendly outing over the Easter weekend. There will a raffle draw on the day with tickets costing €2 each or three for €5. Prizes on the day include an Easter Cake by award winning baker Linda Donnelly, a €20 voucher for Amanda Hair Studio, Manorcunningham, an Easter Egg and two bottles of organic wine.
