SOULFUL Mountcharles singer Deane Connaghan is competing in an online song competition to raise much needed funds for Parkinson’s Disease Ireland.
Deane’s original song Goodbye Miss Jane is in the running to win €10,000 worth in prizes including studio time, a video shoot and photographs taken by a professional music photographer.
You can support Deane by voting the song into the Top 10 in the Spread Your Wings competition on the website www.music4you.ie.
The site will then have the Top 10 songs judged by musicians including John Spillan and they will decide the overall winner of the competition.
You can vote for Deane by voting five stars for song 42, Goodbye Miss Jane.

You only need to vote once and there is only one vote per computer. The competition closes for voting on Sunday, April 1.
