WITH less than a week to go, AXA is reminding people across Donegal to submit their nominations for the AXA Community Hero Awards before the 4pm deadline on Monday, January 5.
This initiative celebrates individuals who have made a significant impact in their communities, while supporting vital causes across Ireland.
Members of the public are invited to nominate someone who has shown exceptional leadership, innovation, or creativity in helping others.
Nominations should be submitted online at www.axa.ie in 150 words or less, explaining how the nominee has positively impacted their community in one of the four categories.
The four award categories are Road Safety, Mental Health, Women’s Safety and Wellbeing and Sustainability.
Elizabeth Arnett, Chief Communications, Brand & Sustainability Officer at AXA Ireland says: “We’ve received fantastic nominations from across the country, however we know there are unsung heroes that we have not heard from yet.
“With just days left, we’re encouraging everyone to nominate these remarkable individuals.
“We’re also encouraging people to let their chosen nominees know when their name has been put forward and show them their hard work is appreciated.”
