JOIN in the festivities as Fáilte Ireland’s Discover Ireland campaign brings RTE’s Tubridy Show to The Square, Dunfanaghy on Wednesday, 10 June to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Wild Atlantic Way.
This is just one of a series of outside broadcasts which will see Ryan Tubridy focusing on the west coast tourism route, encouraging Irish holidaymakers to get out and discover the wonders of Ireland’s western seaboard.
The 2FM team have a busy schedule as the popular host broadcasts live from Westport, Co Mayo (Monday, 8 June); Rosses Point in Sligo (Tuesday, 9 June) and Dunfanaghy, Co. Donegal (Wednesday, 10 June) interviewing local tourism businesses from the surrounding area and discussing some of the many activities and experiences available to anyone travelling along the western seaboard.

Follow the Wild Atlantic Way Wanderers as they regal Ryan of their adventures as they enjoy a week-long staycation along the route compliments of Discover Ireland. They will be interviewed each morning updating listeners on the wonderful activities which will include; pizza making with local produce in Barna; cave runs in Ballina, Co. Mayo; seaweed baths in Enniscrone, Co. Sligo; coasteering (a mixture of adventure swimming, jumping and scrambling along the coastline) and surfing lessons in Co. Donegal.
