The super middleweight prospect (9-0, 8KOs) won a four round unanimous decision over Marchristopher Adkins (6-2, 2 KOs). The scores were 40-36, 40-36 and 39-37.

The Donegal man (24) appeared to be a bit winded early on and suffered a cut over his left eye but he grew into the contest, landing some telling punches, against a man who had won his last six fights after losing his pro debut.
