‘It’s never too late to do the right thing’: Gardaí

INFORMATION is being sought after a male stole a life-saving defibrillator.

Gardaí are appealing for information in relation to the theft of a defibrillator from a premises at The Diamond, Donegal Town on Sunday, October 26, at approximately 1.50am.

CCTV has been viewed and a male can be seen removing the defibrillator from the case before he continued on foot with it in the direction of the Ballybofey Road.

Gardaí are urging the male in question to return the vital piece of equipment before a life is lost as a result of its absence.

“It is never too late to do the right thing. We appeal to motorists who may have travelled in that area with a dash-cam between 1.30am and 2.30am, to make the footage available to investigating Gardaí.
