SINCE the first seminar in the Isha Mediation System was delivered in Letterkenny earlier this year, there has been an overwhelming interest in the method.

The Isha System was introduced to Donegal by Mary Howick, a native of Inver who has lived in Letterkenny for more than 15 years. Next week she will host her third seminar in the town.

At the end of last year, Mary spent months in Uruguay where she trained in the Isha System, a simple tool for inner transformation. Upon seeing the difference the Isha System made to her life, Mary wanted to share what she had learned with people in Donegal. To date, more that 100 people have taken part in seminars run by Mary in Donegal and in Omagh.

The Isha System is a method with simple tools for personal growth and the expansion of consciousness. It does not have a belief system or theories, it is easy for anyone to incorporate into a busy lifestyle and its daily use naturally and effectively improves our physical, emotional and mental health.

“In this workshop people can learn the tools of the system including four value-based meditation exercises, a mindfulness technique, and a full wellness routine for improved physical and mental health.”

“I trained as a facilitator in the Isha System because I feel so strongly about the value this system has and how much it can help people in their daily lives. It is suitable for people in all walks of life from busy professionals, to those suffering from anxiety or depression and to those who need something to help them cope with stress.”

The workshop in Letterkenny will take place on October 24 from 10.30am to 5pm. The cost for new participants is €60 or €20 for returning participants who want to practice the system.
Pre-registration is required to mary.howick@hotmail.com or on 0872347733.
