Investigation launched following discovery of body

GARDAI have launched an investigation after the discovery of a body in a house in Ballybofey on Saturday morning.

The body was found at a house in Cappry at 9am and was removed to Letterkenny University Hospital.

The 35-year-old man was originally from Glasgow but had lived in the area for a number of years.

The house at Cappry was sealed off and a full Garda investigation has been launched.

A post-mortem is expected to be carried out today.
