INVESTIGATIONS are ongoing after a woman and a child were struck by a van in Milford.
The collision occurred on the Main Street on Tuesday, January 13 at approximately midday.
A garda spokesperson said: “The collision involved a van and two pedestrians.
“The two pedestrians, a woman and a child, were taken to Letterkenny University Hospital to receive medical treatment for non-life threatening injuries.
“The driver was not injured.”
Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the collision to get in contact with them.
“We appeal to anyone who may have witnessed the collision to contact gardaí in Milford on 074-9153060,” a garda spokesperson said.
“If anyone travelled in that area with a dash-cam around that time, we ask them to please make the footage available to us.”
