Hundreds of ‘Three’ customers without mobile service

HUNDREDS of mobile phone users on the Three network across Donegal have been without a phone signal this morning (Wednesday).
A spokesperson for Three told the Donegal News the issue has been caused becuase a third party fibre provider is currently carrying out emergency repair work in the area.
They said the work is “impacting some Three customers in Donegal”.
 
“This work is expected to be completed by 12.30pm today. We would like to apologies for any inconvenience caused to our customers in the area,” concluded the spokesperson.
 
However, the Donegal News has been contacted by a number of angry Three customers who feel that the communications company should have given notice of the service disruption.
