HUGHES, Joseph (Joe) – Peacefully at Letterkenny University Hospital, surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of Mary, much loved father of Heather, Charlotte and Genevieve. Dearly loved brother of Martin, Shaun, Marie, Bernadette, Philomena and Margaret.

Deeply regretted by his loving wife, daughters, brothers, sisters, sons-in-law, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family circle and very many friends.

His remains will repose at his home on Thursday, August 17th, from 5 pm. Funeral leaving his home on Saturday, August 19th, at 10.15 am for Requiem Mass at 11 am in St. Patrick’s Church, Donegal Town with interment afterwards in the Abbey cemetery. Donations in lieu of flowers, if so desired, to the Oncology Unit, Letterkenny University Hospital, c/o any family member.

Family time from 11 pm to 12 noon and on the morning of the funeral.
