The HSE Donegal Mental Health Service are holding a Health and Mental Well Being Awareness Fair on Wednesday, December 10 in the Mill Park Hotel in Donegal Town
from 7 pm until 10pm. The doors open at 6:30pm and admission is free.
Special guest speaker on the night will be 2014 All Star Donegal and International Rules Captain Michael Murphy.
There will be various support information stands on display including the Bill W Club, Carers Support, Blissberry Social Farm, Family Resource Centres, Console, GROW, Jigsaw Donegal, GAA Health and Well Being, Mental Health Ireland plus many more.
There will also be an opportunity to attend 30 minute workshops on Dementia, Schizophrenia and Youth Mental Health.
Participants will also be able to attend a focus session on Stress and Anxiety if they so wish.
Free Health Screening will be available during the event.
The HSE Primary Care Team Health Screening Tent will be present to check your Blood Pressure and Blood Glucose for free!
Refreshments will be provided at reception.
