The HSE has announced the successful recruitment of Dr. Charles McManus as the new GP for Ardara Health Centre.
Dr. McManus is set to officially begin his role tomorrow, taking over from Dr. Mireille Sweeney, who retires today.
To ensure a smooth transition, the surgery will be closed tomorrow to accommodate the handover process.

Meanwhile, the NoWDOC service will be available for any urgent medical needs from 6 p.m. this evening.
The HSE has also confirmed that there will be no changes to the existing service arrangements for patients in Lettermacaward.
