There was no joy for the Finn Harps Under 14 side at the Roadstone Complex in Dublin on Saturday afternoon as they were well beaten 6-0 by Shamrock Rovers in the EA Sports National League Final.
Harps Academy boss Kevin McHugh noted that there is a hint of disappointment among the group as is to be expected but their performances and progression have done the club proud this year.
“From when they kicked off in January to now, there is no doubt about the progression.”
