BARRY McNamee believes Finn Harps have ‘surprised a few people’ so far this year, but says his team can’t afford to drop off now with big games coming up.
Harps sit joint-top of the Premier Division after three rounds of fixtures with seven points from a possible nine.
Their next three matches are against Waterford on Saturday at Finn Park (kick-off, 6pm) followed by away games against Sligo Rovers and Longford Town the week after.
Those are matches that are winnable for Harps but only if the team brings the same desire and application that they have started the season with.
