Guilty to Oldtown pub arson

A LETTERKENNY man pleaded guilty to the arson of a pub in the Oldtown when he was arraigned before the Circuit Court sitting in Letterkenny  today.
Shane McGinley of 8 Killylastin Heights admitted a charge of arson in relation to The Snug 69 Bar on January 2 last year.
Sentencing was adjourned to allow for a Psychiatric Report and a Probation and Welfare Report. McGinley was remanded on bail.
