FINN Harps defender Jamie Watson believes their pre-season work, both on and off the pitch, has benefitted the side ahead of the new season.

The Harps ended their pre-season last Saturday with a 2-1 win over Premier Division side Sligo Rovers and manager Darren Murphy alluded to the amount of goals scored from open play during the friendlies, while they held their own in defence against some Premier Division sides.
