THE Goats Don’t Shave are on the road once again, and there’s no stopping them. After a successful summer tour The Goats are returning Glasgow on November 23, playing at The Classic Grand Rock Club on Jamaica Street.
That’s not all. Celtic have asked the Goats to play at Park Head in front of over 50,000 at the SPFL Match against Aberdeen.
“It’s a really great honour to be asked to play a few songs at Celtic Park and we hope we can help the Bhoys in anyway we can. Hail Hail !,” says front man Pat Gallagher.
“It’s really great to be going back to Glasgow. We can’t wait to sing our latest song about the boxer Beny King, The Little King, where he is front.
“Benny was from the Gorbals and was the undisputed world flyweight boxing in 1936.
It was the 100th anniversary of his birth this year and there is going to be no better way to honour his memory than in Glasgow on November 23,” says Pat.
