Glenswilly see off Cloughaneely in tight tussle

Glenswilly 0-14 Cloughaneely 2-6

Glenswilly were made to fight hard for their second win of the Championship campaign as they saw off Cloughaneely at Pairc Naomh Columba.

Gary McDaid’s Glenswilly played with the breeze in the first half and led by 0-10 to 2-2 at the break. Darren McGeever and Shaun Maguire scored the goals for the away side.

Cloughaneely were dogged but Glenswilly were always able to keep their noses in front and they held on for the win.
