Glenswilly looking to stay unbeaten

GLENSWILLY will hope to extend their unbeaten run in the Marleys Coaches Division 2 as they travel to Naomh Bríd.

Glenswilly were relegated from Division 1 last year after a play-off loss to Killybegs, and have three wins from three in the second division so far.

And while they come up against a Naomh Bríd side who are yet to register a point from five games having come from Division 3, manager Pauric Bonner isn’t taking anything for granted.

“Myself, I’ve never played or managed in Ballintra and it’s a while since Glenswilly played here too.

“It’s one of the plus sides of Division 2, we’re getting around the county to see different grounds and reacquaint ourselves with people we would have known which is the best thing about the GAA.”
