Glenfin hoping to turn tables on Aodh Ruadh

GLENFIN under 21 manager Christopher Morrow believes his team have the quality at their disposal to close the gap on high-flying Aodh Ruadh this Sunday in Tir Chonaill Park at 1pm.

Morrow’s men were well beaten by Aodh Ruadh on a scoreline of 3-12 to 0-10 when they last met each other four weeks ago.

It looked like Glenfin’s campaign was going to peter out then but they bounced back to make it through to the last four.

Now the draw has paired them with the Ballyshannon men once again and they are hoping to not only be more competitive but also to progress through to the county final.

“That’s the plan anyway. We won’t be going into it thinking we can’t do it. You always think you have a chance.”
